\n            <li>1\/2 c sundried tomatoes (chopped)\r<\/li>\n\n            \n            <li>2 c fresh spinach (chopped, packed)<\/li>\n\n            <\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"zrdn-block-wrap zrdn-instructions\"  >    <h3 class=\"zrdn-recipe-label zrdn-instructions-label\">\n        Instructions    <\/h3>\n<ol class=\"zrdn-list zrdn-instructions-list numbers  zrdn-element_instructions\">\n\t\t            <li>Heat oil or butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for about a minute, until fragrant.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Add the cream and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer, then set heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes. The sauce should thicken enough to coat the back of a spoon.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Meanwhile, place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot. Season lightly with Italian seasoning, crushed red chili pepper flakes, sea salt, and black pepper. Top chicken with sundried tomatoes.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>When the cream sauce is ready, lower the heat and whisk in the Parmesan cheese, little by little until smooth. Adjust seasoning for the cream sauce if needed.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Pour the cream sauce evenly over the chicken in the crock pot. Try to get as much sauce as possible on top of the chicken and less on the bottom.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Cook for about 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. When cooking time is over, gently remove the chicken from the crockpot and set aside.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Turn the crockpot on high is it isn\u2019t already. Add the chopped spinach to the crockpot and stir for a few minutes, until the spinach wilts.\r<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t            <li>Return the chicken to the crockpot and spoon the liquid, spinach, and sundried tomatoes on top, or just pour them over the chicken when serving.
